The final price depends on when you book and the length of your stay. Note: Weekend stays in high season (weeks 26-32) can only be booked with prior written approval. Contact us if you want to book the weekend 22-23. July.

Via email, you will finally receive confirmation and additional information about payment. If your stay is within the next 7 weeks, the entire rent is paid immediately, otherwise only a deposit of 25%.
Electricity is paid according to consumption and settled at the current daily price. Water consumption is included in the rent. No discount is given on prepaid electricity, as the final consumption is the basis for the final settlement.
The duration of the stay must be a minimum of 2 nights. It is not rented out to youth groups.
Arrival on the first holiday is from kl. 14.00 and departure is no later than kl. 10:00 unless there is another written agreement.
