Consumption of electricity and water

Water consumption is included in the rent, electricity is billed according to actual consumption. In the period 1 November - 1 April, the holiday home will be pre-heated to approx. 15 degrees on arrival, unless otherwise notified in writing.

How do I pay for the rent?

After you have completed and sent your booking via our website, we send additional information and an account number to our Bank, Nykredit, to which the deposit and remaining rent are paid. We will always confirm your payment as soon as it is registered in our account.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policy: Cancellation up to 20 weeks before arrival can be done free of charge. In case of cancellation between 19 and 7 weeks before arrival, 25% of the total rental amount is paid. When is Changeover Day

Changeover day is usually Saturday. The tenants must have left the holiday home on the day of departure no later than 10:00 for reasons of preparation for new tenants. New tenants have access to the summer house from 14:00.
